Lucendia is the founder of Measurable Marketing Results, LLC, a full service-marketing agency and coaching services specializing in small and medium-sized businesses. She previously owned a similar business in Los Angeles for eight years prior to moving back to her home state of Michigan.

She has 30 years of marketing experience in senior positions at advertising agencies and both large and small corporations such as Campbell-Ewald, Young & Rubicam, Marketing Advertising Services, A.C. Nielsen Television Ratings, Citicorp and also several hi-tech companies.

Lucendia was born and raised in Michigan where her family owns a very successful Manufacturing Business. The experience she gained from this is where she feels she actually earned her M.B.A.

Lucendia graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Communications. She continued her education at the University of Michigan where she earned a Masters Degree in Human Performance Improvement. She is certified in Human Performance Improvement and e-learning. She has also taught marketing courses at UCLA along with other universities.

She continues her education daily and studies all the marketing gurus worldwide. She is currently working on a book on customer service, a topic she is very passionate about. Lucendia also has her own marketing coach and believes ?everyone should walk their talk?.
